Pete the 2 outer are M10x1.0 and the inner is M12x1.0 - with those sizes you should be able to speak to someone like Merlin motorsport, demon tweeks, burton power etc and the should be able to sort you with all the right gear

Also when you fit one of these, remember the part that makes it a resonating damper...the spring washers AND the order they go back in.

I've just been to the dealers and they said some of the parts they can get but some they aren't sure on as they don't say yes or not available - he said the min order was 5 of each making the kit £21.

What i need to know is with the standard set up being attached to the TB and built up with a number of washers etc - is this set up meant to have give in it or is it fine being bolted solid at the inlet end or should some sort of rubber seal be used?

That's how I modified mine too, just wanted to know if I needed any fancy washers.
But looks like not

Are you best not fitted a solid bracket then if it's for damping resonation? A solid one may make the vibrations worse at certain revs? Or if it's solid it's not an issue?

So what your saying there is you get a small amount of movement between the washers which act's as the spring, but is it tightened up or slight slack to allow for movement John?

The washers are not flat, they are dished and when fitted in the correct order provide the dampening. They look like this

There is no movement but you can imagine if you have two facing each other they will be springy even though they are not lose.

There is 6 IIRC and they go in a certain order. I think its three pair with the cones facing each other. Wish I never sold my workshop manual now!

Did you eventually sort this out Brammer??
I've just had to weld my head back up as the bottom bolts on all 4 ports had snapped off mine as per the pics on page 1. No big issue for me as my engine is out for a freshen up anyway and I have my own fab shop, but I do want to prevent it from happening when the motor is back in!!

Yes pal the washers are available from Burton Power

http://www.burtonpower.com/cosworth-...kit-sc565.html

in this order (()))) as above

And the bracket - but for the aftermarket inlet you have to cut and add about 10mm
