Wink how do i adjust FK coilovers correctly?

hi guys just got back with the golf VR6 i have purchased from lee ivatt on here, how do i go about adjusting the coilovers the fronts need raising about 15-20mm as i have speedbumps in my road and it catches the front splitter.

Same as other coilovers, undo the grub screw, C spanner to wind them up or down.

Looks like these ones use the more conventional method of two rings to lock together rather than the crappy AVO-type grub screw.

Back off the lower ring, then wind the top ring up the shock body. Mark the ring so you know exactly how many turns you've wound it up by. Once at the correct height wind the lower ring up to lock it against the top ring. Then move the other side by exactly the same amount. Once happy with the ride height get the tracking checked as it will be out.
