rubbish dumping!

Had our bin emptied on weds and some cunt has filled our bin up with thier rubbish!!

Obviously with the fucking gay council 1" open lid rule we are going to struggle to last until bin day.

Can i legally remove the rubbish and put it on pavement then report it to council??? or is the household now responsible for other peoples crap because its dumped in our bin on our land???

anyone else have the same quite frankly pathetic problems?

Is there some black market in rubbish disposal or something??

We don't have that problem but all bins have had to me number marked, as they were frequently getting nicked.

as bad as it sounds warren if you go through proper channels it'll be past bin day before anything gets sorted, you may aswell dump it on the street somewhere and report it the next morning to have it cleared up, that way if they can be arsed to sift through it to find where it's come from the people that dumped it can get fined for it, or try and find some evidence yourself and dump it on there doorstep, admitted i don't no if i could stomach going through someone elses bins

If you dump it and are spotted YOU get the fine even if the rubbish belongs to someone else.

Unless you use the old POW trick of sticking it up your trousers and walk around town dropping the rubbish and kicking it around...

Sadly, they do. I was once walking my dog and seen someone putting two in a van and he said 'Are these your bins lad?' I said 'No' to which he said 'Oh, they must be ares then' and continued to have away with them.

I can't talk though, as when my bin had a bad wheel I took my neighbours and quickly put our door number on it. We're all scum, and destined to live like the dregs of society forever more. I don't even live on a council estate, so God knows what goes on round there.
