Zetec SE 1.6 Ti-VCT to 1.7

i know that the SE lump is always in the shadow of its bigger brother, just wantin to know if the twin variable cam timing gear on the Zetec SE 1.6 Ti-VCT will swap over to the 1.7? as the 1.7 never came with the setup. also, are there any stand alone engine manegment ECU's that support variable cam timing on inlet AND exhaust cam's? i know about shawspeed, are there any other SE specialist's people know of? cheers JOSH
