Formula 1 2010 has officially began!

Its all kicked off in Bahrain, with people already having a moan about other cars being 'illegal'

Just finished there first practice session, hard to tell who truly is the fastest at the moment due to different fueling but we are getting an idea on who is in the top half.

Bruno senna took his car for a couple of laps to try it out, looks a proper handful, arse end all over the place.

Adrian Sutil topped the time charts but that doesnt currently mean alot, nice to see him up there.

So who watched it, what are your thoughts and lets get this thread rolling.

Practice session 2 is at 11am

just finished the fantasy formula one team at work as well!

Really looking forward to this season - no refueling should be interesting, I heard the cars are starting with around 160kg of fuel!!

All the cars look terrible at the moment. I'm lost as to how all this cost cutting is working. As the cars are redesigned totally each year, nd they all have some work to do by the looks at the minute.

My money is on Hamilton. The lad who I gym with said he's shit, which caused a major friendly argument between us. He's not shit, and I don't think Shcumacer will do as well as he used too.

I do hope the Lotus can improve - it didn't look particularly unstable, just a bit slow, maybe they were running very heavy or perhaps down to driver confidence?

The car is strong, the engine is very strong and Trulli is as fast over a lap as anybody driving, the car just needs a major aero development, which is unsurprising for a new team. All the new teams will struggle this season untill they up the pace of their development, and most of it will be aero based
