coming to fit me with sky+HD also on Sunday morning

cost me only £10 a month extra on existing set up which was standard sky with movies.

Get my sky +hd fitted on friday.Not with the codes though.£99 for the box and dish as i,m moving house on friday.plus£60 installation fee.Rang up ,threatened to cancel.Low and behold...FREE DISH AND BOX ,£15 installation fee.
Cancellation department have special powers/offers to get you to stay.

there is better deals than that if you search the net..we got everything; hd,full tv package (inc sports and movies), free install, phone line (free line rental for 3 month) and internet for £23 a month on 12 month contract. have a look on hotukdeals site as they regularly have sky offers on among other stuff

i rang sky tonight as wanted

sky hd box

sky hd pack.

20mb broadband

phone line.

guy said i have to pay 30.00 for tv installation and a further 39.99 for phone installation

he also said it would be 51.00 per month and thats without movies and sports ?

also said they cant fit the broadband untill i have phone so i will have to get the sky tv fitted first then phone up for phone line and pay the 39.00 fee.

cant be right surley ?

i currently pay arond the £150-£160 mark for total package at 2 houes with phone and unlimited broadband and multiroom and the full package at one and the full hd package at the other, including phone bils

so i think i'm doing ok

if anybody misses out on the codes mentioned above, you can get up to £100 cashback via quidco if you take out the Sky+HD & HD Pack. This is for new customers only and I think it is for online sales only too.

that is a good deal, never see that one, im allways on hotdeals, and see the offer keith has posted on there, but none of there codes work,

Is the deal you got on there, even if expired got a link?

Nah that is right mate. Thats why in the end i never got a sky package when i moved into my new house. Would have taken 4 months till i got my broadband. First they sort out your TV, then they sort out your phone line (if you are disconnected which i was as open reach nicked the line a week before they said they would ) and then you get broadband.

My understanding and from what they told me is that as they are primarily a TV provider they cant sort your phone line out till they have sorted your TV out. Probably something to do with BT being the all mighty
