are you sure you heve air getting into the fuel as the have a bleed hole on the return that lets air in until the return fuel is 40 degrees c

Yep put clear pipe from filter to metal connection that goes to the pump and went for a 30min drive lifted the bonnet and still could see air running through the pipe.

He certainly did, He went to the Delphi HQ in Warwick IIRC!

As dan said....i am fortunate to have Delphi on my doorstep, and even better i have a good mate that works there and i got a Brand New set of injectors, all recoded at the main place......
