Mg zr blowing cold?

Before I get hammered it's my girls car not mine! It's blowing cold air. Any ideas? Thermostat, matrix? Cheers.

The headgasket is everyones first guess but i did one not long ago for the temp no changing through the heaters, on the heater pipes that run to the heater matrix there is a valve as part of the pipe, if you look down the back of the engine you will see this before you start going for the headgasket i would definatly check this because my customer had it at a garage before letting me take a look and they knocked it for the headgasket probably without any diagnosis work so just to make you aware of this as it is quite a common problem
