sure there is no other fuse box hiding anywhere?
transits have a hidden one which is where the washer fuse lives.

Not that I can Find... Both Fuseboxes have 15amp fuses for the wipers, Cant see anything else anywhere! But your right Its weird for both things not to be working! I suppose I need to get the multimeter out :S
