Tracking down RS 2000 X-PACK!

Evening Gents!

I was wondering how many x-packs there are left in existance?

I wanted to track my dads old one down as it was his pride & joy & im sure he would love to be reunited,

It was a White , Group 1 X Pack

I think the number plate was THL 300S

Has anyone seen it, or know what happened to it?

I will try to find his photo album & upload a pic of it.

Have you checked with dvla to see when it was last taxed?

Also was there a ford day last weekend near reading? we were coming back from family thing & saw 2 rs2000's,
Needless to say my dad got all excited & wanted to turn round lol

i used to know a geezer in the rsoc who had the saudi prince's old lhd x pack with 11,000 kilometers up it only,it was a minter but had speakers in the door cards and a few cracks in the bulkhead.
had every x pack option exept the ropey bonnet fixings which he found unused nos.

did have the baby atlas and rocket box and 7.5 rs alloys and long range tank and other goodies.
another mate had a proper one reg wre350s that he owned in the 90's,that was in Winsford and was featured in performance ford too.

I got a pic of THL 300S, but it does look like a very old pic.

No idea how many RS2000 X-packs are left, can't be that many though.

Mine should be back on the road next year hopefully..

Hi all although I am not a ford owner anymore I have owned many in the past and one of them was THL 300S! I was looking on the net and stumbled across this post, I still have pics of my old xpack so if anyone is interested I shall post them up

I am Ross's Dad Steve.....Just registered, but waiting for the authority to post.
I owned THL300S from about 1984 to 1991 I think and would really like to see some pictures. Soooo yes please! very interested!.....do post them.

Even caught him staring at it a few times in the drive

Good talking to you last night and thanks for the photos. She really did looked the nuts, didn't she!?
It was great to catch up on a little of what happened my old RS. I'm on a mission now to route around in the loft and find my old photo album. So hope to scan the photos and post them real soon.
