Rib-eye would be wasted mate in a Stew. Just use stewing steak.

It would be a waste, but if your prepared to waste it, so be it

Just cook it really low for about 3-4 hrs so its nice and tender

You can use whatever steak you want honey!

Brasing steak is best for a stew, but if you wanna use Rib Eye then go for it!

Well, it's great for anything like that. Lasagne, Shepherds Pie, Moussaka. Anything with mince in is great.

ribeye will be fine, plenty of fat in it too......just cook it slow as said, but roll it in seasoned flour and brown it off first.....will flavour up and the flour will thicken the stew slightly. It's a waste but if it's all you got then go for it, you'll have a lovely Stew.

Not at all as long as you do it right. Can whack it on in the morning, and by the time I get home in the evening it's just about ready!
