Default YB exhaust manifold flanges

Anyone know wnyone who make a bare cylinder head exhaust manilfold flange?

i want to make my own manifold but cant find a flange to start with.

ojz engineering in lincolnshire , hes got a laser cutter and can make anything you want just send him a gasket to copy , also sells merge collectors and mandral bends and straight pipe in 304 and 321 stainless . he make the best exhaust manifolds ive seen but hes happy to supply you with the parts , check the website out

i do know of a laser cutting company, but, the std gaskets are four pieces, and would like it all in one section, someone must have them on the shelf somwhere for nasp engines.

you could spray a coat of paint onto a cast one and whilst still wet stick it to the flat plate you are going to use as the flange and the paint left on the plate is your template!

what material you thinking of making it from?
the problem with a flange made in one is the expansion

im going to be using stainless tubing, hmmmmmm might just have the four flanges profiled.

you will be alrite with a mild steel 13mm thick 1 piece flange , use mild steel for the flange as its better for expanding than stainless and yes you can weld stainless to mild steel
heres some ive done in the past

cheers for the info exhaust looks good, did you use the tubes as stainless and just the flange as mild steel ?

yes mate , 304 stainless tube and mild steel flanges
