ford focus rear brake drum damp + rear wheel spins when handbrake is on?
hi guys, got a problem with my mates car - ford focus 2000 1.6 automatic.
rear brake drum is very damp with brake fluid, now i have had a look at the brake lines and flexi hoses and these are very dry, it seems as if the leak is internal.
also the wheel can be moved around when the handbrake is on. passenger side is fine, no dampness on rear drum and wheel wont budge if you try and spin it.
car looses brake fluid and has to be topped up.
any ideas what can be wrong?

na, the drums will be fine, clean them up with some abrasive paper and wash out all the brake fluid deposits,
renew the cylinders and shoes,
dont forget to back the handbrake cable adjustment right off before removal, and adjust the brake adjusters before tightning the cable at the end
