How to spot FAKE bosch 044 fuel pumps

Default How to spot FAKE bosch 044 fuel pumps

So I've come across these pics, for anyone that has that doubt, here are the differences between fake and real ones:

But which one's the fake? The pics don't say, unless I'm being blind...

The only difference I see is one was made in Germany, the other in the Czech Republic.

Why is it fake ?, it is just another factory of the over 300 companies in the bosch group that have made it, or one of thier over 271,00 suppliers in over 50 countries that have made it, does not make it a fake.
My Bosch washer dryer was made in Mexico.
Still like to know why it's fake, it's std practice for a company this big to manufacture same part in more than one country/factory.

Well, those are not my pics, but I know if you look around china manufacturers webpages, you can get lots of fuel pump replicas.
There a are also very good documented cases of TIAL and Walbro exact copies.So take it for what you want. Just food for thinking!

The fake Tial ext. gates and dump valves work well i know that much.

Update,
There is nothing in the pictures in the link to suggest either one is a fake.
The Code number in the circle before the Made In Germany is code 014 which is MUNICH, on the other pump it is unclear but seems as it could be 506, which is correct for CZECH REPUBLIC.
