Default escort van alarm/immobiliser ?????????????

right i have a problem on my van its a escort 55 van on the p reg and the alarm/immobiliser keeps going off the previous owner must of had the same problem because the siren dont sound so he must of disconnected it but whats pissing me off is it keeps draining the battery and clicking and the fucking indicators flashing anyone know how to remove it or atleast stop the thing going off and for those who thinks it sounds dodgy im not asking how to get round a top of the range clifford

Best cure is rip it out failing that, look for power fuses, but if these are pulled it would most likely immobilise, ie cut the circuits.

right update ive ripped the cowling off and around the ignition barrel theres a what i believe to be a chip key setup ive ripped that off and now the problem seems to have stopped but when its running the led standard one under the clock flashes but dosent flash when its not running? same happens with the key reader connected but it flashes alot faster
