My missus 1998 Mk3 Golf GTi 8v has In01 up on the odomter. I asked on Club GTi and got a list of things to do which I followed but the grand total of fuck all happened when I tried.

You can do it on the clocks.........

Can't remember which way round it it, 1 button sticks out the other is flush(2 buttons) yeah?

Ignition off, press and hold the sticky out button, ignition on, then release and press and hold the flush button(both buttons at the same time). Igntion off and back on it should be done.
If it then flashes up OIL do the same again but when releasing the sticky out button press it once more to toggle onto OIL then press and hold the flush button to reset.
