rubber inserts?

BAD mod if u ask me. All it does is reduce ur travel. Ur car is must be too low, or not enough clearance. Also rides too hard

Great mod for launching.

Just don't try and go round corners or take it on a track day

rick clearance is a bit of a issue due to tooooo larger tyres, need em for traction though ( well i can claim that as me car never looses traction )

its the inserts, fooking top though, got me arches rolled like a fooker and some parts grinded off too, still squated when on boost

fitted these and its all gone

as for hard ride, konis, polly bushed, 8in rims, strut brace in a taxi chassis, its harsh enough as it is, besides i dont sit in the back so i dont care

Yes Stretch, the theory.

If you alter the spring rate by clamping the coils, you alter the action of the spring.

I wouldn't want the spring to stop compressing suddenly as I'm throwing the car into the corner.............
