is this the place in liegh on sea (near southend) use to be called "days of grace" and sold all the mint old skool classics all on stupidly low milage?

This place is on Leigh Broadway, if you follow it round.
Years ago he had a mint mallard green Escos with 300 miles on the clock up for sale at £30k, apparently the reason for it being expensive was the guy got screwed when buying it at an auction.
