Vauxhall don't do a factory rear seat conversion for the Astra van but there are a few convertor companies out there who will do it for you.

Make sure that if you put rear seats in the van, the convertor knows they need to change your front seats to tip-forward ones.

We supplied a bunch of vans new with rear seat conversions and they were ALL returned as illegal - no way to quickly get out of the back seats in a collision or fire.

We had new front seats fitted to them all (at our expense), then sent them back to the customer.

As far as i no all MK4 Astra vans have a tip forward seat on the passenger side.

I dont think you will find a MK4 van with rear seat conversion for Ł1k mate, Ł1k is MK3 money.

Yep, but both seats need to tip, and we couldn't get tipping driver seats in the same trim so had to put new 3 door Astra seats into each of them.

The rule was in case the car was hit on the passenger side and that door wouldn't open, so the driver's seat had to tip as well. Didn't matter as a van, bacause no one could travel in the back but, as soon as the back seat went in, this rule came into play.
