How do you adjust Coilovers?,do you jack the car up and turn an adjuster.......

Default How do you adjust Coilovers?,do you jack the car up and turn an adjuster.......

also is there height markings on the shockers so that you can keep one side level with the other,just thinking about it there and I didnt know the answer

You can turn the adjuster with the car on the floor.
If its on car in your sig set the rears to about 3-4 clicks otherwise will be to harsh for road use and set fronts to about 6
To set the ride hight on the adjustable platforms use a tape measure from the lowest thread on the coil over to 1st platform so car is level thats a quick guide .

heightwise? you'll want to jack it up to remove the weight on the springs else itll be really hard to turn, and check there's normally a locking screw/pin in the adjuster so make sure yuo undo this first (been there, done that )

as jim says, i jack the car up to release the load from the spring then undo the grub screw and set height

Ideally all 4 corners should be at different heights..

The reason for having the adjustabilty is so you can have the car corner weighted so that the car is euqually ballenced on all four corners.

otherwise a ruler will suffice
