am i right in thinking a pinto clutch is the same as a cosworth clutch?
as title says as im trying to gather bits for mtx75 conversion but told i need a pinto clutch? cheers

works out about Ł1500 for a stage 2+ box with id be changing up the gears every 2 secs and expensive if it does bust, mtx my mate had for 2 1/2 years no problems, rated well ans same price to fit and chassis rails modded so can be removed without removing the engine like present , may have a new paddle for you soon mate as i have to change clutch

The best thing to do is get a clutch plate for the car that the gearbox came from and try it,you only have to worry about diameter then.

just finding my feet
cossie engines are expensive for a reason, they aint just pinto bottom ends with skimmed pistons and a 16v head
thats why they take so much power is cause they redesigned them, its also why the bottom ends where 12k from fords exchange
