sky introduce a friend get free sky plus anyone done it?

introduced the bro in law, he was installed a month ago, after we called sky they said a code or somin will be posted to us once got that we call them, so we have called twice now evertime they say was sent out on blah blah then they say ok we will repost a new one for the second time, suprise suprise over a week later it hasnt arrived.. do i have to continue banging my head against the wall or can i do something to sort it? i was thinking off calling them and saying im thinking of leaving as virgin have offered me the equivilent to sky plus package maybe it woulod kick there arse into shape when i say im fed up with waiting?

i done the free sky plus box thing and all went swimmingly.they gave me the code when i first rang up and subscribed(i was the person being introduced)....all i had to do was pay my first bill then my mate who was recommending me rang up with the code they gave me and he received his new box within 3 days!

hmmn i dont think no one has mentioned we have to wait for him to pay his first bill? although i presume by now hes had one and i know he allways pays on the ball etc
