Default What Licence To Drive A Recovery Vehicle??

As title, just out of interest, what are the legalities regarding driving licences for recovery vehicles??

Im guessing it will be weight/load dependant??

Can any be used on a normal car licence??

cheers

For normal licence, Depends when you passed.
Before Jan 97 = up to 7.5 ton
After 97 up to 3.5 ton

Makes no difference it's a recovery.
