Anyone know about this car?? Esc cos - with vids further down
Nick Williamsons 'Owens' Escort cosworth.
At combe today, qualified with a 1:12 lap time
Norris designs new evo managed a 1:15 lap in qualifying, to give you an idea of how quick it is!
the fastest track going cosworth i have seen!
anyone know what he has done to the chassis more than anything, it was on rails!
im guessing it was about 600bhp.
these are the only pics i could find/rob lol
the car now has a WRC rear spoiler.

1.12 is very quick, how busy was the track during qualifying?? I had already decided that the next time I'm at Combe the car will be running full hammer (same spec as 200mph run)

Fair play martin.Will be good to see! the track was actually quite busy when he did that time too
i have a small vid clip of it..
the car Never looked out of shape, completely composed, (MORE so than the race Evos going round) and was totally smooth. proper impressed!

lol. ive got a video clip of a car nearly hitting yours up there too lol
and the crowd saying 'oooh' lol
will upload them in a bit..
to be fair, i THINK the esc cos was on slicks, and the evos on road tyres (as thats all they are allowed) but still a BIG difference in times.. the evos ran in the same race as that esc cos in the end.. and were a long way behind. (the 360 ferraris were even further behind!)
and the crowd saying 'oooh' lol

PS: forgot to say he did that 1:12 with windscreen wipers on, in the damp 
White Evo 9 is the new norris designs car
obviously the white esc cos is the car in question!

I know the camera is a bit shakey when zoomed in, but
put it on full screen and HOW FAST does the norris car
look down the straight over the back the esc cos must have been as fast or faster!
