Default going for a run and workout in my gym?

now what do i do?

1. go for a 40 minute run and workout then eat some dinner?

or

2. eat some dinner, wait a couple of hours then a 40 minute run and workout?

advise guys

I always try and eat 2 hours before any kind of exercise and make sure I am properly hydrated through the day... Usually eat jacket potatoes and beans as they are full of carbs and easily absorded into your system.

You have you give your body something to work with unless your trying to lose weight or something..

just a tiny tiny belly to loose before i go on holiday on the 22nd july.

i have a running machine, sit up bench, press up bars, some machine for arms/stomach.

just been working out and burned 830 calories

the sit up machine, punch bag and press up bars unfortunatly dont say how many calories i burn.
