I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
personally i would steer clear of n series phones. i've had a couple now and am not happy. the symbian software is terrible and corrupts itself with its own program language. It will be up to 2 years till nokia perfect the new operating system. (from a friend who actually works in nokia support)

Had mine since Easter Saturday.
Battery life is on par with my old N80, which was a bit dire. I am charging it roughly every 2 days.
Videos are ace and when I manage to suss out the camera properly I assume the pictures will be too. I have taken some good pictures with it but it seems that (like any camera) if you don't use it right, you get crap pictures (wrong light etc).
The GPS is pretty cool when you work out how to use it. It seems as good as most other sattelite navigation systems.
The only issues I have had is by trying to do too many things at once with it. Sometimes I have had to switch off/remove the battery but I put that down to driver abuse!!
