Swimwear - can anyone enlighten me as to why......
Swimming shorts have been banned at holiday parks around the pool in France and Spain - traditional speedo style have to be worn?

cause i for one cant fucking stand seeing flurescent green and pink bermuda shorts on geeky skinny men not even mentioning there legs look like 1 laces hanging down

Surely speedos are worse on the eye, think of the overhang on the more portly of gentlemen

It's not a country wide thing
Some hotels and resorts have that rule. Just like a restaurant may have a dress code and as said it's to keep away the 'yob' types AFAIK.
I'm a fat cunt so there is no way I'm putting on a pair of speedos. I'd look fooking ridiculous
