Default 89 XR3i interior

Hi guys

I don't want to sound to much like a newbie on here but id like a bit of advice on a couple of things on my interior ill post a couple of images for you to see,

1) ive got what looks like Gail platts neck on my A pillar (at least thats what i think it is please let me know if im wrong)

2) The vinyl on my door cards front and back has started to come away from the foam would you suggest this been a easy fix or should i take it to a upholsterer ????

thanks for reading

I've seen a few like that in the past as well but you see guys doing restorastion jobs on MKiV's so you can sort them suerley, it did my head in last summer seeing them like that

Rear door cards are worse than the front

I would think the only way of re sticking the vinyl down would be to use a needle and syringe to inject some glue under it, however you risk it ripping. My 3i A pillars are exactly the same, not sure of any quick fixes apart from botox for cars lol
