Default turbo or supercharging with k jet

hi all
is it possable to turbo/supercharge the 1.6 cvh ?
the only reason i ask is the hole funky looking k jet fuel injection setup looks pretty complicated to get around.

and how else can i get some more power out of the old 1.6 the rason i ask is ive got ont here in n.z and theres not meny around so the rs turbo swap is off the cards and i dont want to go down the zetec option yet.

i use the car for work most days but ive been doing alot if track days in it and love it.

.....just want mor power.lol

Turbo technics did produce some kits for these.

Quite rare nowadays though.

You might get away with a moderate boost and a 5th injector. You might be able to employ the cold start injector on the plenum chamber for the extra fuel. This is a bit pikey though tbf and some sort of controller would be needed as well. On second thought get a decent filter and 4 branch manifold, maybe some headwork. If you must have boost look for a donor car
