hazards but no indicators

got a mk4 cab in at work hazards are working but no indicators what is most likely culprit switch or relay or wiring fault ?

I'd be checking the stalk mate , well fuse first, if not that check the stalk

Always worth "exercising" the hazzard switch, as when sticky these can cause the issue as well, esp on rarely used ones.
