Default Who runs coilovers on their Sierra Cosworth

Swapped from koni's on the front to Gaz coilovers with 325lbs springs & i haven't really adjusted them yet but it feels like your going to bounce of the road when you hit a dip or rise in the road, handled better on my koni's. the coilovers are better on track but as long as the surface doesn't have any bumps. Got any ideas, are the springs too hard ? their is no way i could drive it at speed down a country road, was deffo better on koni's.

Simon.
