Default sticky calipers?

im getting some grinding noise it goes like 'woooop' lol i was told my caliper cud start to have sieze wat can i do to prevent this instead pointlessly changing for a new one

which caliper is making the noise?

if you've got 4 pot on the front it's fairly easy to rebuild them, the single pots might just need the slider pins greasing
but if it's on the rear then it's not worth the hassle and you might as well swap for an exchange one for the tenner you will save
