Here's mine, which is at the welders currently. Ironically he's an ex cosworth employee in the 80's. he's a time served Rolls Royce panel beater / welder. So I'm expecting a top job. The car had been returned to standard, which makes life easier. Ive spent a small fortune on parts. The rebuild starts in January. Tune wise I'm going down the road of dark greens, chip, 3 bar and a hybrid t3.

I've had a 911 3.2, 911 cab 996, 944 turbo (still got) and a 993 c2, great cars all of them, also spent a lot of time in gt3 on track, 993 and 964 club sports, 996 turbo, 968 club sport, boxster s and probably a few more

Yeah they get under your skin, mind you so do RS's.
I'll probably return to the Pork fold later but for now I fancied something totally different and its been an itch that needed scratching for many moons and the way the values are going I needed to do it quickly.
Out of all the 911's the GT3 I owned was the best, loved that car, but it had to go due to marital bloody problems and I let it go to trade for peanuts...

Sorry to hear the GT3 had to go, I have driven a couple on and off track and loved the steering feel and fantastic engine, that noise near the redline is just lovely.

Cracking three door and in my favourite colour too
I got my saff several years ago after getting disheartened going to look at several ropy 996s and deciding to scratch a different itch. Never looked back and have no desire to switch the cosworth for a porker (well unless it was a GT3!)
