Default additional(new) +12V to ECU

Hello,
I have a voltmeter always connected to ECU (pins 19 and 20) and I see a voltage drop. When running engine 14.3 on battery(car body), but 12.7 on ECU.
I think need to add a new +12V with a proper relay and fuse. This may be a way to solve the issue fast without loom changing, is there someone who did this?
Thanks a lot.

The fusible links fitted in the supply to the fuse box build resistance, hence the voltage drops. It's not an issue, as the power you have is fine.

are you sure? 1.6V drop without loading (lights, fans, music etc), with loading even more...

That's true, but I doubt it would drop below 12V.
