Default Low boost help.

Hi my engine was bench mapped was peaking at 29psi, I have a stack boost gauge and its only reading 20 psi.
I've checked boost hoses all are brand new, all vacuum pipes Amal valve is working as it should.
What else can I check?
Car runs fine on boost no fuel smell or misfire.

You could increase actuator preload and see if it helps.

I know what you mean and it makes sense what you're saying alright. Is the boost pipe going to the gauge tightened on the gauge okay and do you have another gauge to test? If you disconnect the actuator to amal hose I think you should only get actuator spring pressure of around 12psi if using a -31. Could try that I suppose.

If nothing has changed since bench dyno and assuming you have no air leaks then amal valve would be my bet.
Try another valve and make sure it is jetted the same as the current one.
