Default koni rear shocks

Hi

Ive just brought a new koni suspension kit for my 2wd cosworth.
What setting is best on the rear when adjusting them?

Cheers

I believe Koni recommend starting on the lowest setting, allowing you to increase the damping as they wear over time, effectively refreshing the shock absorber.

It depends on how much you have lowered it by and how much power you are pushing out. My 2wd saff is lowered by 35mm and 450 bhp. I found with the Koni rear shocks under a hard launch it squatted down a long way.
See how you get on but as someone else has said probably the hard setting.
If its standard height and power the softer setting should be fine.
I ended up putting Bilstein rear shocks on as they seem to stop the squatting down better.
