There are a lot of threads on here about this. You don't want to go too thin.
Opie Oils are a big supporter on this site and have fantastic service and delivery. If you type in voucher code PASSION you will get a 10% discount.
I think most use 10w/40 or 10w/50 and /40 was the Ford recommendation

I used Millers "Running In Oil" for the run-in of 600 miles, flushed with some Millers mineral and then filled with Millers full sythetic range. Now using 10W50 Nanodrive.

Used to use:
Mobil 1 Motorsport 15w50 as recommended by GGR and Collins Performance when I first bought a Cossie, for me you couldn't get a better recommendation than the people who built and raced these cars.
Mobil 1 Motorsport a few years ago changed to 10w60 spec, which I ran a while.
But now reverted back to a 15w50 viscosity rating, Fuch Titan Pro R which is one of the more modern ester formula oils.

I used to use the mobil 1 15w50 and now use the 10w60 that replaced it.
Next change i might try that titan pro r stuff everyone goes on about purely because its 15w50. Will be interesting to see if the pressure changes at all on the gauge?
