It looks like an abandoned car mate not one that is on the road, get your arse into gear and give it a really good clean. Underneath all the dirt it looks like a nice car.

That's exactly what I did after taking the picks, I hadn't really looked at it since December it even shocked me when I looked closely.

I've owned it since 1990 Glenn I'm the 2nd owner, don't think I couldn't ever break it! I just fell out of love with it for a while, just needs a respray and a few bits finishing off and it will be a good'n

Well done! I am suprised you say it needs a respray, the paintwork looks like with a T cut and polish it would still come up to a good finish?
I have had my 2wd for nearly 22 years and am also the second owner.

It has got some bubbling around the sunroof and a few other marks hear and there apart from that it's a solid clean car, I just want to bring it up to a good spec to hopefully bring the interest back!
arches are original and rust free and has no rust to chassis rails or any where else which is unusual considering its spent it's life outside, the only rust repairs I've repaired over the past few years are both foot wells a small patch on the tunnel & small patch in the boot where the side bumper bracket is, but those areas are the norm for these cars.
