Default ABS Pump

Hi All,

Can you fit a 4 x 4 pump on a 3 door Cossie?

I've been offered an Escort Cosworth pump as mine is kaput !!

Yes 4x4 pump sits little bit more to the left (towards wing) giving slightly more room near turbo

Will my current ABS loom and bulkhead brake pipes fit ?

Wiring wise it will fit but the pipes will be different so you'll either need the pipes from a 4x4 or you'll have to make new ones.

The 4x4 pump motor also sits closer towards the exhaust manifold. I have an extension piece between the 2 sections on my 2wd manifold due to running a GT30 so this brought the manifold VERY close to the motor so changed my 4x4 pump to a 2wd one. You should be fine if using a normal 2wd manifold with no extension piece.
