recast cyllinder head anyone tryied ?
these days cyllinder heads become more rare .many are damage or with many miles .i search and i found a web with recast heads below .also i hear burton has new heads by order ..anyone bought before ?? the material is better from the original ?

Recast? What does that mean? These are new castings. No doubt better material properties than original 25 year old items.
G&W are afaik doing the castings for the Diamond series (Millington) as well as Jenvey-products.

The Alloy would be at least as good as the last of the line YBP/T engines was, I know the material was up-speced progressively from early YBB to late YBB/YBG/J by Cosworth.
You could always ask, if you're thinking of spending nearly £3k on a cylinder head.
