If you no what it's worth why are you asking on here, that's an opinion, also for sale prices are not sold prices,

It's not an negative comment, it seems everyone thinking of selling a 3dr thinks it's worth 35k,
If you want a value put proper detail
Full history
Proof of genuine mileage etc,
Any paint work done
Genuine panels?
I would have thought if you wanted to get it sold 15-20 is realistic

Thanks for reply , I wish it was worth 35k just saying ive been looking for awhile and have seen rust buckets and a cat d go for more than 15k so nearer the 20k sound more realistic, do you think

people will pay a premium for low mileage, original cars, so 20k isnt a bad guess, but you need to detail the car and advertise it correctly with all information and lots of pictures.

you could also get it valued by the RSOC but that's a different argument

Nice looking car mate.
Personally I would say worth Ł17-Ł20K.
That is dependant on original stamped panels etc

just had mine valued by the RSOC registrar, 50,000 miles, all original panels, restored underneath and engine bay, original engine, huge folder of history, restored wheels, new lights all round, no rust, excellent interior bar cracked dash. the value was Ł21,500, so judging your condition i'd say Ł17,000ish

cheers Matthew

proper valuations can't take into account auction sales nor do insurance companies. The registrar told me this.

Plus how do you know they actually sold for those amounts?

Hi mate,

does this mean the RSOC are under valueing cars or are they being realistic?

cheers Matthew

I am sure yours will receive a lot of interest. Try speaking to 4 star classics in Hampshire as they may want to buy it or sell it for you, he seems to fetch top dollar on his cars.

I suspect anywhere around Ł20k seems sensible but presenting well may see Ł5k or more either way.

I would sort the parking dent and any silly jobs. Might be worth sourcing a non cracked dash?

It's worth what someone is willing to pay.

Lots and lots of proper detailed pics and detailed description then stick it on eBay (With a reserve) and see what happens.
