Suspension recommendations 4x4
What's everyone's tried and tested suspension setup for a 4x4 saph cosworth
Car will be fast road spec, and do the odd trackday.
I'm thinking konis or bilsteins, with bayjoo springs or ggr springs, with a 25mm drop.
And polybush arb.
Cheers

I'm Finding My Feet Here Now
Bayjoo springs are spot on, but Bilstein shocks are way too soft for a track day. Wasn't happy with Koni's either, I feel both of these are too stiff on bump and waaaay too soft on rebound. Koni was better of the two anyway.
Happiest I've been was on my old XR4x4 with Avo GTX, more comfortable with zero body roll. Sadly their quality sucks donkey balls and cossies sedan shell requires reinforcements for the rear towers if you'd fit coilovers there.
As the options are limited, I'd go with Bayjoo springs and Koni shocks. Probably going to get mine refurbished and bin the Bilsteins for next summer.
Here's why I'm disappointed in Bilsteins...these shocks have done about 7000km, practically new, and the front splitter's not far from the tarmac when pushing it. Appalling.
