Default Possible missfire? Please help.

Please help!
My 1990 saff cosworth 4x4 has a rather annoying issue.
It ran like a bag of poo when I bought it so I replaced the plugs, leads, distributor cap and rotor arm, coil and phase sensor. It was still poor so The garage changed the inlet manifold gasket at my request after reading some posts in this very forum. Alas it ran wonderfully! The next visit to the garage was for new front shocks and top mounts and while in there I asked them to replace the battery. Since then it has started coughing every now and again while at low revs. Other than that it drives very well. On boost is fine, under load is fine, just while pottering along at say 30 mph it seems to miss a beat sometimes. If anyone can offer any advise I will be most grateful. Many thanks!

Cheers fordmad, I'll have another look. I read a couple that seemed to have trouble on boost or under load. Mine is kinda the opposite. I reckon the garage may have pulled off or disturbed a vacuum hose while doing the battery.
