Default does anyone makes spacer for the sump for the oil ?

anyone can make a copy of the spacer on the bottom of the earlier escort small turbo block .does it helps for the oil a lot on the high revs ?

I'm using YBP bottom end with 2wd head. Is it worth tracking down windage trey as I am rebuilding engine Atm?
