Lovely looking car mate, here's mine

Really should do a trials and tribulations of ownership thread after being on here for nearly 6 years, about to go to work on nights so I may do that midweek.

Looks nice that pal, love the vented bonnet. Would be nice to know how many crystals are left.

Only very recently finished building it, currently off the road again thanks to a dead turbo (that has only covered 1000 miles! ).

Totally different car in stage one, had an e plate crystal blue in 1998 totally standard, decided to go to stage one after a year or 2 and just improved it no end.
Was faultless for another 4 years when I sold it and bought a focus Rs new, should have kept the sapph to be fair.

Well that sold it for me!! Only problem is, once you start it never ends at just a stage 1!!

If your used to standard sapph you'll never look back, after all they should have been more from the factory but were detuned to 204bhp which nowadays wouldn't see off a diesel and that's just wrong.
Cheap upgrade and won't stress any components engine turbo or other.
You may decide to go stage 3 in years to come but that's when your talking turbo intercooler brakes suspension etc etc on top plus you need a strong engine to start with, you won't regret stage one and try to keep it that way then you can just enjoy the car without spending £££££ every month.
