Default Steering collom bolts

Can anyone tell me what goes under the Bold on the steering collom

When I remove mine it had no washers or anything. But it seem there should be something ther as the bolts almost go through the holes

Yeah deffo large thick washers on there.

As above about 20mm diameter and 3mm thick.

I have them now

When I got my car I had to large washers in the glove box I thought they were for the Hub bolts. Turns out. The were not on my steering collom the hole time
