Default Rear beam bushes
I'm getting my beam powder coated what's the best/ easiest way of removing the old bushes as I'm going to replace them with poly ones cheeRS

If it's the rubber beam bushes just cut them out with a grinder/ disc cutter

The first time I used an angle grinder, very easy to do but made a bit of a mess. Have recently bought another beam to have it powder coated and paid £10 to have them pressed out, a lot less hassle

Beam mount bushes or the trailing arm bushes?!
If beam mount and their faily old like mine were I managed to push them out with a bit of force
