Default oil squirt jets

If you use oil squirt jets do you have to use the small turbo oil pump as well?

No you don't have to, I used a 4x4 pump but you do have to block off the original oil spray bar outlet on the pump, I machined up a small alloy bung and pressed it in flush to the pump, where the little piece of tubing on the oil pickup pipe goes into the pump, and I also cut off the little piece on the oil pickup pipe itself (along with the original oil spray bar pieces).

Been told you dont really need them unless you using your car hard on track but I'm having long studs put in so thought I'd put the jets in aswell.
