Default Airtec RS 500 rad/Intercooler

Hi guys I've bought the above for my 4x4 saph is it a straight forward swap over?? As its got some kind of after market 500 cooler & rad with twin spool fans already on?? But the pipes off the cooler are to short!! But had a quick look & the brackets seem to be different... Any body else fitted these or could shed some light as I want to fit it all 2moz.
Cheers Lee

Without asking a stupid question, are the pipes to the Intercooler longer on the old one?

I've got a Radtec radiator, intercooler and turbo cooler on mine and they fitted without any issues. Only thing I had to do was modify my turbo cooler brackets slightly but that's only because I had to lower my intercooler slightly.

I just hope your radiator is better quality than my one. I bought mine brand new and the cheap ones on eBay look to be better quality than mine. When I complained all I got from them was 'that's how they come now so tough' and wouldn't give me refund. It really isn't very good but I'll just see how it works.

I've got the Airtec 70mm 500 style cooler and turbo cooler on my 3dr and other than being a bit of a heavy lump I cant really fault it for the money.

I fitted up the Pro Alloy radiator/spall fans and the 500 cooler. All bolted together fine.

My original hose from the throttle body to the cooler would have been too short, however I had a full set of Samco's and the same hose was much longer and fitted perfect
