Hi, i have a 2WD sapphire i have a PAS leak. Where the rubber pipes are swuaded onto the cooler it seems to be leaking also they are looking a bit perished. I was looking at burton and they do a PAS pipe is this the pipe i need what they sell?
Also has any 1 ever bought 1 if so are they a good copy of the origonal and well made?

This is the cooler under the passenger side inner wing you are talking about? If so you can use any oil resistant pipe really as it's the low pressure side of the system. Mines been redone with braided stuff at one point.

Yes this is the section i am on about mate. Ahh right i thought as the rubber pipe was swuaded on I assumed that couldnt be done. I will get some pipe ordered up then and try this.

I replaced mine (the metal pipe cooler) with a good 2nd hand one from egay last year.
Some of the guys using cossies for motorsport use longer pipes feeding a mini oil cooler to stop the pas fluid boiling over in hard use.
